San Felipe has a small town atmosphere and is popular destination for North American retirees and vacationers. Its beaches, fishing villages, marina and restaurants make it an ideal vacation destination. With many other exciting activities to experience and enjoy, you will feel as if you have found your own personal hideaway.

Our rental rooms and houses are located just minutes south of San Felipe on beautifully manicured landscape. This home-by-sea has a variety of things to enjoy such as our beautiful beaches, fishing and clam digging, dune buggy & ATV riding, shelling, a fabulous palapa restaurant with bar, fire pit area and barbeque for group gatherings. This location is well-known for seeing dolphins, seals & whales in the morning.

Enjoy your Mexico gateway in our privately owned 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom rooms and houses located in north Rancho Percebu sometimes referred to as Laguna Percebu, just a short drive to neighboring San Felipe. The main house is south west style vaulted ceiling 5 bedroom mansion. Free high speed internet and satellite TV.

Very clean well water for all houses measures zero total dissolved solids (TDS) on refractometer.

For water sports enthusiasts, there are beautiful sand beaches, swimming, para-surfing, kayaking, awesome offshore fishing and inshore fishing too. Beach comb for beautiful seashells or enjoying a margarita while watching a magnificent sunset.

Our houses have fully equipped kitchens, and all linens provided. Depending on location, each condo has a balcony patio, our ground floor patio. Game room has pool table, darts and ping pong table.

Kilometer 21, Puertocitos Road, San Felipe

At exit km21 - 3km to beach then after entering Percebu before cantina turn left (North) for 2 km. At end of road turn right into Jennys Resort through gate and drive toward ocean.
